Membership in the National Capital Region Construction Industry Tripartite Council (NCR-CITC) is open to NCR based contractors, developers and construction related labor organizations and groups. Membership gives you the opportunity to play a part in the shaping of policies that affect the construction industry and work toward better labor relations. Above all, membership is free.

Who Qualifies as Member?

Management: Contractors duly licensed by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) and real estate developers having the base of its business in the National Capital Region.

Labor: Duly constituted Labor Organizations and Groups in the Construction Sector operating and/or based in the National Capital Region.
