Why License?
- Only PCAB licenced contractors (including sub- and specialty contractors) may engage in construction contracting in the country
- Business license for contractors only to PCAB licensed contractors
- DOLE approved CSHP only to PCAB licensed contractors
Action
- Report submitted to DOLE-NCR for conduct of full audit on unlicensed contractor
- Report submitted to DILG-NCR for revocation of Business License
- Report submitted to DTI-NCR/PCAB for action
Reports are limited to Unlicensed Contractors operating WITHIN the National Capital Region
